Payment

We always take a £50 deposit to secure your booking, the remaining balance is to be paid on or before the day of your event. Deposits are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that Game Changer MGV causes the cancellation – for more information, please read our terms and conditions.

Special Requests

We have a huge library of games including all the latest releases. Please let us know if your party has any specific requests in advance. Alternatively, if you require something outside of the aforementioned packages, please contact our team directly with details of your event and we will provide a quote.

Additional Charges

Please note that additional charges may be applied in the following circumstances:

Prices - Additional Charges - 1

  • Additional Mileage Charge – For clients outside of our service area (within 20 miles of the WS13 postcode), a mileage charge of £1.50 per additional mile is applicable.

  • Additional Children – Our packages are designed for 10 children – for larger groups, a charge of £10 per additional child and a rotation system will be put in place.

  • Generator Use – If an electrical output is not available, an additional charge of £30 will be required for use of our generator.

  • Premium Dates – Starting at £300, premium rates are charged on the following dates:
